GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, responsible for conducting moderately complex technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple products. Interfaces with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Develops and conducts classroom training programs for employees, customers, vendors and/or associates. May provide on-site training at client location. Scheduling of personnel for both on/off site training. Revisions of training documentation and to training database. Coordination of version releases into the training environment and contents of training documentation. EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years related experience. Advanced computer software skills. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
