The Human Resources Consultant supports DCH Health System’s hallmarks of service, excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. The HR Consultant works with a team of internal HR Consultants to support the Health System's mission and objectives by providing strategic, consultative, Human Resources support to business units and facilities.
(This will require travel and working on-site at multiple Health System facilities to meet staffing needs; will require the use of own personal automobile.)
Requirements:
Minimum knowledge, skills, and experience required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field required.
PHR certified preferred.
Five years of experience demonstrating increased or diversified responsibility in human resources, business or leadership/management roles.
Advanced interpersonal and written communication, project management, consultative, analytical thinking, leadership, team building, and employee development skills.
