Human Resources Consultant Manager
Human Resources Manager with 8-15 years experience, Experience with labor relations in Calgary/Edmondton, Canada area. This position reports to VP HSE and Human Resources. Dual role; namely, Corporate staff and Enterprise responsibilities in a matrix-style organization including a mix of corp. oversight and bus. unit direction, support and services. It requires a very seasoned HR practitioner that can both create and implement. It is both transactional and transformational in nature. This candidate will have systems thinking, yet be detail oriented and will provide the day to day management of HR group.
