Job ID#: 180 Job Category: Engineering Job Title: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (FOOD PROCESSING) Responsibilities: The principle role of this position is to initiate, plan, schedule, and coordinate Industrial Engineering projects including continuous improvement projects with a goal of improvement to the overall performance of the company.
Additionally will lead continuous improvement projects plant wide by developing accurate work measurement standards throughout the operations that will improve throughput, reduce non value-added time and in turn, reduce costs.
You will perform and maintain analysis on existing and future workflows while continuing to maintain ERP/SAP information. You will identify and implement cost effective solutions consistent with quality requirements.
You will analyze current assets for effectiveness and efficiency and make recommendations on improvements where necessary. Gathers information and performs analysis of material work flow for optimized performance opportunities. Develops cost models as required to support continuous improvement projects.

Degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience
Specific knowledge of an Industrial Engineering capacity with experience in food processing and manufacturing operations is required
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Extensive project management skills necessary.
