Market Business Manager
As a member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director, Marketing with high quality timely marketing input, sales, and tactical plans in order to maximize the value of TMI brands through life cycle management. You will also be responsible for driving execution of marketing and sales strategies to business areas and distributors and ensuring that products and marketing programs meet the changing expectations of the marketplace and end user. Your significant experience in identifying customer needs, new business and product opportunities will allow you to contribute sound marketing plans that will support TMI’s enviable success and reputation as a leader in the medical device industry.
Requirements:
• Are you a graduate of a university program in a healthcare related discipline (i.e. science, kinesiology,
sportsmedicine, physiotherapy, respiratory therapy or nursing)?
• Have you gained seven or more years of progressively responsible marketing and field sales experience in the
medical device, pharmaceutical or a related industry?
• Do you possess significant experience creating and implementing effective marketing plans and collateral material?
• Do you have experience with the various phases of new product introduction, innovation and market research?
• Do you possess superior written and verbal communication skills, including strong business writing skills?
• Are you intrinsically motivated and driven to provide the highest-quality product?
