AAA Striping Services is seeking Pavement Marking Technicians to join their growing team in Edmonton, Alberta.
This seasonal position will commence in Spring 2012, however there are opportunities for year-round employment for the right individual.
Within this role, you will work independently, or in a team, to perform layouts, installations, and removals of various pavement markings. You will also operate pavement marking equipment such as small, medium and long line paint stripers, premelters, bituminous machine, pavement markings grinder, thermoplastic machines and generators to apply traffic control markings on roadways in accordance with work orders, blueprints.
Requirements:
To be successful, you must be willing to relocate to Edmonton, and have previous line painting experience. Candidates with First Aid and Dangerous Goods training will be held in high regard. A class 1 driver's license is essential, class 3 and 5 is preferred.
Due to the nature of this position, you must be willing to work overtime as required as well as work out of town for short or long periods.
AAA Striping is seeking a hard-working "self starter", with good communication and organization skills, who can work both autonomously and as a team member. As a AAA Striping employee, you will receive an attractive wage, ranging from $21.17 hourly for 40 hours per week, plus Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, Vision Care Benefits.
