As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through coding, testing and implementation of Leadership Delivery Solutions. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. The Senior Manager will apply project management expertise to identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients, and to ensure that all project deliverables are created on time and within budget by more junior team members. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients to address issues and identify opportunities. The Senior Manager will also carry specific yearly managed revenue and sales targets.

Minimum Technical Experience: 12-15 years PLM experience, 5-7 years FlexPLM / Windchill experience, 4 PLM full lifecycle project implementations Additional Beneficial Technical Experience: Knowledge of and experience working with other PLM technology solutions including: . SAP PLM - xPD - Product Definition early project definition management - PPM - Project and Portfolio management, Human Capital management - cFolders - Project collaboration workspace - DMS - Document Management - Recipe Management - Management of product recipes and formulas - Specification Management - Management of Raw Material / Product / and Packaging Specifications - ECM - Engineering Change Management - Variant Configurator - BOM - Bill of Material Management - iPPE - Integrated Product and Process Engineering Requirements: (All) Experience in retail industry related product development processes using PTC FlexPLM / Windchill technology. Good communication, process, and facilitation skills required. Knowledge on Apparel and Personal Care business processes Season, Palette, multiple SKUs, Material, Color, Product & Material Samples, Quality & Testing, Change Management, Bill of Material creation, product development lifecycles and workflows, release processes required. Knowledge on Product Time to Market, Reuse & Variants, Cross-functional application integration and Collaborative Innovation processes desired. (SM) Experience leading medium to large PLM implementations in the retail / footwear / apparel industry. Ability to lead, manage and coordinate client and software vendor resources across the full project lifecycle. Previous experience leading teams of 25 resources.
