Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for integrated design for a variety of new building construction projects and renovation of existing facilities. Responsibilities will include working with a design team to develop design submittals ranging from concept design to detailed working drawings and specifications, coordination and review of construction drawings and design packages, interacting with client organizations to define user requirements, assisting in the preparation of construction cost estimates and preparation of proposals.
